MMCPL is FAMI-QS Certified, having attained the certification in December, 2010. Lately, our company was successfully audited for this quality and feed safety management system by Bureau Veritas in December, 2019. MMCPL was found to be in complete compliance with Version 6.0 of FAMI-QS Standards. This audit resulted in the FAMI-QS Certification being renewed till January, 2023.

In addition, due to an increasing demand for high quality Manganese Oxide, an automatic calciner, the “Rotary Kiln”, was set up in 2019 at Manmohan’s Butibori Unit. This unit was established in a view to reduce the labor intervention in the production and to minimize the production cycle. Rotary Kiln works on the same principle as that of the conventional method of calcining – to reduce MnO2 to MnO’.
Quality is the success mantra and therefore, MMCPL has invested heavily in on-site research on the Manganese Ore and on its reducing properties before deriving the parameters of operation of the Rotary Kiln. This expansion of an existing factory, the only successful Rotary Kiln for Manganese Ore in India, is an in-house design, which is built and commissioned by skilled engineers and is managed by an experienced team of engineers and technicians.
This highly automated process flow has reduced the labour by 65% when calculated on the Per MT of production. Due to various ambiguities in and of the processes, this Rotary Kiln was set up on a pilot-scale having a production capacity of 7500 MTPA(Metric Ton Per Annum). The company, now, in accordance with the regulatory criteria is setting up this system on a larger scale with the target of producing a minimum 25000 MTPA.

Manmohan Minerals & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (MMCPL) exports to more than 40 countries throughout the world. To ensure that our material reaches our overseas customers in the proper manner, we take special care during packaging and despatch. The material is packed in 25-50 KG HDPE/paper bags or 1000 – 1250 KG HDPE jumbo bags as per client requirements.
It is then palletised onto wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped to safeguard from moisture and other contamination. Before palletisation, it is ensured that all wooden pallets have been fumigated and certificate of the same is obtained from the fumigation agency. Finally, the pallets are safely loaded into the containers using forklifts. At all times, care is taken to ensure that none of the bags suffer a tear leading to spillage of material.
